论文标题:基于机械资源库的零部件相似性的研究 The Research of Similarity of Mechanical Accessories in Mechanical-Resouce Database 论文作者 周小青 论文导师 顾寄南,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 机械设计及理论 论文单位 江苏大学,点击次数 2,论文页数 79页File Size5683k 2005-04-01论文免费下载 http://paper.dic123.com/lunwen_106427057/ 机械资源库;相似性;相似度算式;算法 Mechanical Database; Similarity; Similarity Formula;Arithmetic 本文概述了相似性研究的相关背景,分析了国内外相似性研究的现状和研究方向。运用相似性理论,对相似性的数学模型进行了分析,阐述了相似元的概念,推导了相似元特征值的比例系数以及相似度算法公式,指出推导和设计合适的相似度算法公式是相似性研究的核心问题。 在相似性理论的基础上,提出与相似性紧密联系的一个概念——相关性,分析了二者之间的区别和联系;通过对相关性的分析,提出对相似性的判断和分析可分为系统角度和用户角度两个方面,并认为系统角度主要是从事物本身的特征和属性进行研究,而用户角度则是考虑各人因素的相似性判断和分析的影响。 分析了一般机械零部件的主要特征,根据相似性判断的角度把它们分为两大类:内在特征和属性以及用户定义特征和属性。其中内在特征和属性主要包括图形和材料信息,用户定义特征和属性主要包括名称、编号、尺寸、功能、标准、厂家及其他信息等。基于以上分析,对实现了标准化、系列化和通用化的机械零部件的相似性进行了定义。 在机械零部件相似性定义研究的基础上,综合运用了相似性学原理和关系数据库相关理论,对机械资源库中机械零部件的数据组织的特点进行了分析和研究。最后得出了四个结论:在机械资源库中,零部件的存放是标准化、系列化的;零部件每个特征和属性的分量都可看成为1:对同一类零部件来说,表的各种定义和结构是完全相同的;在相似性的判断中,只需对NUMBER(p,n)、VARCHAR2类型的字段值进行比较。 根据对机械资源库中机械零部件的特点的分析,在相似学理论的基础上,提出了适合于机械资源库中机械零部件进行相似性比较的相似度值算式,并在其中引入了距离和取值范围的概念:在算式中设置了相关性影响参数,即用户角度对相似性判断和分析的影响;对各参数在机械资源库所映射的作了说明。 在算法验证和实现时,将其分解为几大功能模块,并对各模块的主要功能采用函数实现的方法,以实现算法的结构化和模块化,提高了算法实现应用程序的健壮性。并通过Oracle数据库中的应用程序开发工具Pro*c/c++,将数据库语言 Introduce the technology and theory of similarity. Analyze the Status quo and development of the similarity in China and Abroad. Applying similarity theory, analyse the mathematic model, expatiate the concept of similarity cell, deduce the scale coefficient of character value and similarity formula and indicate that similarity formula is the core of research of similarity.Based on the similarity theory, analyze a concept -relativity, closely related to similarity. Introduce the difference and relation between them. Indicate the complexity of estimating similarity. By the analysis of relativity, indicate that the estimation and analysis of similarity can be divided into two aspects: the point of view of system and user. And consider that the point of view of system mostly emphasizes on the interior characters and attributes of things and the point of view of user does on human beings factors.Analyse the primary characters of common mechanical accessories. Based on the viewpoint of similarity-estimating, they are divided two types: interior characters and attributes and user-related characters and attributes. Interior characters and attributes include information of figures and materials. User-related characters and attributes include acessories" name, serial numbers, sizes, function and standards and so on. Based on analysis above, define the similarity of mechanical accessories, which have been standardlized, serialized and universalized.Based on the research of definition of mechanical accessories, synthetically applying the pricinple of similarity science and the theory of relation database, analyse and study the traits of data organization of mechanical database.Enduce four conclusions: in mechanical database, accessories are standard, universal and serialized; the definition and configuration of lists are completely same; in the estimation of similarity, only need to compare the NUMBER(p,n) and VARCHAR2 type of data. Based on the analysis of characters of mechanical accessories in mechanical database, deduce the formula of similarity suited to mechanical accessories in mechanical database and introduce the concept of distance and value range. In this formula, the parameter of relation is setupped And indicate the meanings of each parameter.While arithmetic is realized, it is decomposed into several parts of functionmodules. Every module is realized by functions. This can realize the modularization of arithmetic and enhance the haleness of arithmetic. By the tool of application development in Oracle database system, Pro*C/C++, bed SQL and PL/SQL language into C language, realize each function module in Visual C++ 6.0.The application of arithmeticv is based on J2EE, developed by JBuild 6.0, including conception, structure of system and system"s function.
