论文标题:含硅混合三烃基锡化合物的合成和结构表征 Synthesis and Characterization of MixedTriorganotin Compounds Containing Silicon 论文作者 论文导师 林森,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 有机化学 论文单位 南昌大学,点击次数 9,论文页数 61页File Size3868K 2007-12-01论文免费下载 http://paper.dic123.com/lunwen_288667312/ mixed trialkytin compounds containing silicon;; synthesis;; structural analysis 许多三烃基锡化合物具有一定的生物活性,并且其活性大小随着锡原子上烃基或配体的不同而变化。为了进一步研究和探讨含硅混合三烃基锡化合物的合成方法和反应条件,本论文设计并合成了以下9个新的含硅混合三烃基锡化合物,并通过IR,~1H NMR,~13C NMR对中间体和目标化合物进行了结构表征。 (1)(Me_3SiCH_2)Bu_2SnCl (2)(Me_3SiCH_2)Cy_2SnBr (3)(Me_3SiCH_2)_2BuSnCl (4)(Me_3SiCH_2)_2CySnCl (5)(Me_3SiCH_2)_2CySnOCOAr 其中Ar=-C_6H_4-H,-C_6H_4-F-p,-C_6H_4-Cl-0,-C_6H_4-NO_2-p,-C_6H_4-NO_2-m。 实验结果表明,对于含不同烃基的混合三烃基锡化合物可以采用不同的方法合成。采用盐酸取代法合成含硅混合三烃基卤化锡的方法路线较长,总产率不高,但目标化合物的纯度高,后处理简单;由二烃基二卤化锡与格氏试剂反应的直接合成法路线短,产率较高,但目标化合物的纯度较低,含有少量的四烃基锡。因此在实际工作中可以根据不同的要求采用不同的方法来合成所需要的含硅混合三烃基卤化锡。 本文通过采用不同的方法来合成含硅混合三烃基锡化合物的研究,丰富了有机锡化学的内容,为寻找最佳途径合成有机锡化合物做了一些探索性的工作。 Most of trialkytin complexes have biological activity, and their activity will be changed with diffence of alkyl radical and ligand. In order to further study synthesis methods and reaction conditions of mixed Trialkyltin compound containing silicon, 9 new complexes containing silicon were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR、~1HNMR, ~(13)CNMR. (1) (Me_3SiCH_2)Bu_2SnCl (2) (Me_3SiCH_2)Cy_2SnBr (3)(Me_3SiCH_2)_2BuSnCl (4) (Me_3SiCH_2)_2CySnCl (5) (Me_3SiCH_2)_2CySnOCOAr Ar=-C_6H_4-H, -C_6H_4-F-p, -C_6H_4-Cl-o, -C_6H_4-NO_2-p, -C_6H_4-NO_2-m. The experiment results show that, for mixed trialkytin compounds with different alkyl can be synthesized by different methods, It has longer synthesis routes and lower total yield using concentrated hydrochloric acid, but the purity of the target compounds is high and post-processing is simple; It has shorter synthesis routes and higher yield using the reaction of diorganotin dichlorides and Grignard reagents, but purity of the target compound is lower and it may contain a small amount of tetraorganotin. So we can sythesis mixed trialkytin compounds containing silicon according to different methods . In this paper, using a variety of different methods to synthesize mixed triorganotin containing silicon may enrich the study of organotin chemistry and find out the best way to synthetic organotin compounds has done some exploratory work.
